Chicago's favorite power-popsters have parted ways with MercuryRecords after the label failed to do right by their third album,"Freak City Soundtrack." Bandleader Jim Ellison says the grouprecently recorded a fourth album on portable equipment set up in aNorth Side garage, and several labels are vying to sign the band andput it out.
